Terms & Conditions


Cancellations or postponements should be provided by telephone, fax or e-mail within 24 hours of the booked date, otherwise an administration charge of $50 may be payable, extenuating circumstances excepted.


The final tour will be delivered, via email for the customers final thoughts and acceptance of the end product before any invoice is sent. At this point minor changes may be made an in extreme cases, new panoramas may be requested if the quality is sufficiently inferior to other examples available on the 360Photos.com.au website. The customer will receive either an IFrame or a folder which can be directly included into their website, alternatively we will assist you with this process free-of-charge.


All prices include;

  • Panorama Photos
  • Travel & Telecommunications costs
  • Rendering and digital manipulation of pictures
  • Creation and production of online tour(s)
  • Delivery of the end-product

As each company is different and requires an individual solution, we choose not to display prices on our website. Please call us if you are interested and we can discuss your needs.


An invoice will be sent after approval of the online-tour is given by the customer.

Payment Terms:

Full payment is due no later than 30 days after invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late fees (2%) apply to any accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date.

Payment Method:

Payments may be made by cash, cheque, Paypal or electronic funds transfer (EFT). Please note that a 2% surcharge fee will apply to Paypal payments.

We reserve the right to watermark images and retain branding in the software application.
